Privacy Notice
Updated 11 October 2026
Scope and contact
This notice describes information used by the Launchy interface at starklaunchy.fun. It does not describe the independent practices of your wallet, the Starknet network, or other services you choose to use. For privacy questions or requests, contact the official @StarkLaunchy account. Do not send credentials or private keys.
Information used by the interface
When you connect a wallet, the interface can use your public account address, network, token balances and transaction information to provide the requested features. Public blockchain activity and token metadata are indexed for markets, charts, profiles and fee information. Information uploaded for a token, including images and descriptions, is intended to be publicly displayed.
Website and API providers can process IP addresses, request paths, browser or device information, timestamps and security events to deliver the service, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Optional protected-trade diagnostics are enabled only when the diagnostic preference is on and send predefined event names, not amounts, account addresses or proof contents. They are disabled when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Infrastructure providers can separately retain request and error logs. These are separate from protected wallet contents.
Browser storage and the entry acknowledgement
The entry panel stores only the accepted terms version and acceptance time in your browser's local storage. It does not send an acceptance record to our server or require a wallet signature. This browser record is not identity verification or a verified legal acceptance log. Clearing site storage removes it; a material terms update requires a new acknowledgement.
Other browser storage may remember preferences such as trade slippage or diagnostic settings. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls. Storage used to remember these choices is not consent to marketing or tracking.
Providers and public networks
Service delivery uses infrastructure including Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase and RPC providers. Features can also communicate with Starknet, Ekubo, wallet providers, NEAR Intents, Layerswap and price-data services such as AVNU. The providers involved depend on the feature you use. They may process information under their own policies, potentially in countries outside your location. Review their policies before using an external service.
Protected trading has limits
Your compatible wallet manages protected balances, proofs and wallet approvals. Launchy does not request your seed phrase or private keys. Protected trading is not a promise that all activity is anonymous: public contracts, prices, pool swaps, deposits and withdrawals may remain visible or linkable. A ZEC quote asset alone provides no privacy guarantee.
Retention and your choices
Browser preferences remain until you clear them or the interface replaces them. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by Launchy. Indexed public market records are retained to provide market history. Service and security logs are retained according to operational needs and provider configurations; this notice does not promise a uniform deletion period across providers.
You can disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage and avoid uploading identifying token metadata. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, including access, correction, deletion or objection. Contact us with a request; public blockchain records and records required for lawful security or other obligations may not be removable. A privacy complaint may also be submitted to the relevant supervisory authority where applicable.
Updates
This notice can change as features and providers change. The date above identifies this version. For the conditions of using the interface, read the Terms of Use.
